Grilling season has officially begun at our house! Yippee! Nothing beats a nice juicy steak and fresh veggies grilled to perfection in your own yard.
Tonight it was steak, fresh zucchini and asparagus (from our baskets I mentioned earlier this week), served with the smallest baked potatoes in the world. Not sure what was up with the tiny potatoes, but those were the ones Smiths had on sale, and I didn't even really notice how small they were until we were ready to bake them. Of course this is the first we've had to buy potatoes since October, when we purchased a 50 pound bag fresh from Idaho (a school fundraiser). Those were some huge potatoes.
So of course, right after we finished grilling, what would you expect other than a snowstorm? Big, huge, fluffy flakes. Very pretty. Glad we got the grilling done beforehand though, and could enjoy the flakes with a nice juicy steak... I'm so glad we're able to get back to grilling!
