I'm typically not a sandwich eater, but lately I've really been enjoying creating some fancy ones. This is turkey and swiss on seeded rye sourdough bread with cream cheese and cranberry sauce. I grill it like a grilled cheese. So good!
I don't have a picture of it, but my favorite cold sandwich is now roast beef. I start by buttering and grilling the croissant. Everything else is left cold, including, roast beef, swiss, mayo and a very generous spread of horseradish. (I'm totally addicted to horseradish). Yum! By the way, this is what I typically have for breakfast. I've just never been much of an egg lover and I never eat cereal of any kind.
