Stuck on Sunday

 Think the wind doesn't blow in Wyoming?  These are the icicles on one of our neighbors house.

Speaking of ice and snow, when we pulled out of the driveway this morning, it was a white-out.  Unfortunately we live right on a curve, and the road is not maintained.  It's a dirt road that is just for the few houses that live up here.  Also, it is sloped toward a ditch ... which we found ourselves stuck in on our way to church.  It took a good 25 minutes of shoveling, backing up and pulling forward repeatedly, then shoveling and repeating the whole process before we were able to get out ... and that was with our 4 wheel drive Excursion.  I didn't take any pictures.  I didn't think of it, and I was too busy shoveling ;) Thankfully, once we got to church, the rest of the day went much smoother!

 Yesterday the five year old spent about half an hour exploring the piano.  He played very gently and it was actually very pretty.

He really enjoyed himself.
